The tour is held in the restaurant "Dzheval". The main person of the event is the Chef Rustem aga. He reveals the secrets of cooking thу real Central Asian pilaf. You will see with your own eyes the way culinary masterpiece are born. An important component of the event is that you are provided with the direct participation in the process of cooking dishes.

Culinary tour ends with a tasting of pilaf, served with mixed salad, a traditional cake and green tea. All master class participants receive an autographed signature recipe from the chef.
